1. Non-Refundable Payments

At UpVoice Academy, considerable time, effort, planning, and professional resources are dedicated to every client's process. As a result, all payments made for services are non-refundable once the service process has commenced.

2. Institutional Delays & Decisions

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by universities, embassies, immigration authorities, or incomplete and incorrect documentation provided by the client.

Refunds will also not be granted in cases of visa refusal or university admission rejection, as final decisions are made independently by the respective institutions.

3. Consultation Recommendation

Clients are strongly encouraged to begin with the one-hour consultation session before selecting larger service packages. This helps clients better understand the process and determine the most suitable package for their needs.
